117-121 Chomley Street Prahran was purchased in November 2020. The project offered Lucent the opportunity to work alongside award winning architects Kavellaris Urban Design (KUD). KUD have been recognised locally and internationally for their residential design, regularly featuring in architectural publications, journals and on television.
