experience in business strategy and leadership, Wade has a deep understanding of key resource
management and organisation.
He has a proven track record in delivering results in a number of companies across
various industries; most significantly in his appointment as COO of a large scale integrated
property development business.

Andrew Donaldson
Finance Director
Andrew ensures the financial management and governance of all projects, including
delivery of regular transparent financial reports to all stakeholders. With 20 years of
experience Andrew has facilitated funding of over $2 billion in financial transactions
and co-founded Homestar Finance, Non-Bank Lender of the year 2008, 2009 & 2010.
He specialises in advising borrowers, sponsors and developers and also understands
construction and property development related issues in his capacity as a qualified
Lawyer and Town Planner.

His well honed knowledge of building services systems and construction methodologies means he is able to identify, manage and procure the best outcomes throughout all phases of construction.
In the role of Project Manager at Lucent, Peter is perfectly placed to ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with strict, quality, cost and time parametres.
